  • You can view our available apartment homes by clicking the “Available Rentals” tab above.

CONTACT OUR OFFICE

  • Call our office at (702) 894-4405 and speak with one of our leasing agents in order to set up an appointment to view your new home.

SUBMIT YOUR RENTAL APPLICATION

  • Fill out your application online, in the comfort of your own home or in our lobby.
  • All documents such as Proof of Income, Photo ID, and application fee must be submitted before your application can be processed.

SIGN YOUR DEPOSIT TO HOLD

  • Once approved, you will sign your “Deposit to Hold” which will entail all move in fee’s/charges

SIGN YOUR LEASE

  • Once your move in money has been paid in full, your lease will be sent to you via email and will require your E-signature.

SCHEDULE YOUR MOVE IN APPOINTMENT

  • Schedule your move in appointment with our office.
  • At your appointment a move in inspection checklist will be completed with one of our agents and you will receive your keys.
